Job summary

The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness is seeking a Training Coordinator to oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training and TA for its program portfolio. You will manage logistics, locations, materials, and vendor contracts to improve training effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities include developing presentations, maintaining records, and coordinating monthly Act & Language Access trainings for providers within the Continuum of Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule training sessions and update the training calendar.
• Identify and secure monthly training locations.
• Generate reports, create and update training presentations, and conduct research valuable to the curriculum.
• Maintain and update the subcontractor training contact list.
• Represent TCP at training meetings and record minutes.
• Create and design training materials for distribution to TCP’s programmatic portfolio.
• Coordinate material delivery for all training sessions.
• Participate in contract negotiations with training vendors.
• On-board training contractors and communicate scheduling or curriculum changes.
• Facilitate monthly Homeless Services Reform Act and Language Access training.
• Research training opportunities to ensure curriculum meets regulations.
• Provide oversight to development, evaluation and revisions of trainings.
• Revise training policies and procedures manual as needed.
• Manage records of training sign-in sheets, evaluations, contracts, MOUs, and other docs.
• Other special projects and duties as assigned.
