Qualifikationen

• 10 years of experience in eLearning project, program, or contract management.
• BS/BA degree in Business or training-related field.
• PMI certifications (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP) or 7 years of equivalent federal KPM experience.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government's COR, ensuring a transparent and collaborative partnership.
• Direct the contract lifecycle from initiation through closeout, ensuring obligations and performance standards are met.
• Oversee multiple, concurrent training development and technology projects for the Training Technology and Innovation Division and the Training Design and Development Division.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, maintain a risk register, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Provide direct leadership and performance management for all contract staff.
• Prepare and deliver formal program updates and required reporting to government leadership and the COR.
• Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan to ensure deliverables meet quality and security standards.
