Princess Cruises and Holland America Line seeks a Training Program Coordinator in Anchorage to support the Driver Safety & Training department. You will manage secretarial tasks, keep training records, monitor trainee progress, and coordinate trainer and student sessions.

This seasonal full-time role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely delivery of programs. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, plus two years in clerical roles and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; demonstrated related work experience may substitute educational requirement.
• Two years of experience in secretarial or clerical roles reporting to a senior manager.
• Proficiency with computer business applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Driver trainer experience preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial support to the Driver Safety & Training department.
• Maintain training records, logs, and departmental files.
• Monitor trainee progress and assist with timely completion of programs.
• Coordinate meetings, classroom sessions, and schedules for trainers and students.
• Perform administrative duties as required by supervision.
• Schedule preventative maintenance for motorcoaches and track mileage/costs.
