Princess Cruises and Holland America Line in Fairbanks is seeking an Instructor, Driver Safety and Training to lead classroom and hands-on driving instruction for aspiring professional motorcoach drivers. You will enforce DOT and company regulations, evaluate trainee progress, maintain logs, and deliver comprehensive safety training.

You will collaborate with Transportation teams to ensure high standards of guest service and safety on every journey, while supporting career development for

Qualificações

• Communicates and enforces DOT, state/local regulations and company policies.

• Reports trainees' progress to management on a regular basis.
• Maintains records in the appropriate logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
