Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking two Training Operations Coordinators to support the JIATF-401 C-sUAS training enterprise and the Joint C-UAS University projection via Mobile Training Teams. You will manage logistics, student processing, and documentation to ensure smooth training execution.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in training operations or logistics, and strong organizational skills. Active Secret clearance and US citizenship are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of DoW training or operations experience.
• 5+ years of training operations, administrative, or logistics coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and multi tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate C-sUAS training logistics across facilities, equipment, transportation, and billeting.
• Process nominations, rosters, and admin requirements for Domestic Shield and training.
• Support calendar maintenance, status tracking, and deconfliction.
• Prepare and distribute training schedules, orders, and documentation aligned with standards.
• Track training metrics, attendance, completion data, and instructor surge capacity.
• Serve as primary contact for instructors, cadre, and units on operational matters.
• Assist with surge planning and rapid response to training requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
