• Bachelor's degree required with two years of full-time professional work in academic training, education administration, instructional material development, or training.
• Graduate coursework may substitute for experience (see details in job posting).
• Experience or substitution may apply, with up to four years substituted for education as described.
• Must become certified as a facilitator by the Department of Human Resources within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers agency-specific training using diverse delivery methods to employees and vendors while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develops or updates training materials, applies adult learning principles, conducts needs analyses, and creates evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness.
• Coordinates events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops, including scheduling and site/equipment arrangements.
• Ensures compliance with agency standards by maintaining facilities, equipment readiness, and material availability for training events.
• Maintains data in agency systems and supports contract vendors to meet training needs.
• Builds professional relationships with internal and external customers to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Performs employee evaluation activities, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and align with organizational culture.
