Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a Training Officer to join our Learning and Development team. You’ll develop knowledge, skills and confidence across colleagues in residential care, education and clinical services.

You will design and deliver engaging training, assess competence, maintain records in the LMS, and collaborate with leaders and subject-matter experts to ensure training stays compliant and aligned to best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in design, delivery and evaluation of training for care staff.
• Experience with assessment of knowledge, skills and performance against standards.
• Ability to maintain accurate training records and CPD.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate in-house training sessions using varied methods.
• Undertake learner assessments against required standards.
• Maintain training records via the LMS.
• Collaborate with operational services and subject matter experts.
• Ensure training materials are current, compliant and high quality.
• Provide support for Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care where qualified.
• Promote equality, diversity and inclusion and flexible working to meet learners' needs.
