Job summary

A specialized training services provider is seeking a Training Manager to design and deliver formal and informal training programs related to criminal and administrative indexing for the Department of the Air Force. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in instructional design and criminal justice, along with a Secret clearance. This role involves developing training materials, coordinating sessions, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience developing and delivering training for adult learners.
• 3 years' experience as a sworn law enforcement officer or similar criminal justice experience.
• Must have a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop training regarding criminal and administrative indexing for the DAF.
• Create specific training programs and materials for AFCJIC personnel.
• Assess and develop training programs incorporating relevant law, policy, and procedures.
• Coordinate training for DAF agencies on indexing actions.
• Conduct ad hoc and recurring indexing training for DAF entities.
• Conduct virtual and in-person training on indexing policy and procedures.
• Integrate training development into functional training courses.
• Plan and schedule training sessions for large groups.

Skills

Master's degree in a related field
