Job summary
A leading training solutions provider is seeking a Training Manager to design and deliver training programs related to criminal and administrative indexing for the Department of the Air Force. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training development, a background in law enforcement or criminal justice, and a secret clearance. This role involves coordinating training across DAF entities ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while providing high-quality learning experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience developing and delivering training for adult learners.
Must have a Secret clearance.
Experience as a sworn law enforcement officer or similar criminal justice experience is required.
Responsibilities
Develop formal/informal training regarding criminal and administrative indexing for the DAF.
Coordinate with and develop training for other DAF agencies.
Schedule and conduct training sessions for DAF entities.
Skills
Knowledge of common criminal justice system terminology and processes
Expertise in instructional design and training development
Education
Master’s degree in a related field
