Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is seeking a Criminal Justice Indexing Instructor to support the Air Force’s CJIC indexing efforts. The role requires developing training guides, conducting both virtual and in-person training, and ensuring accurate data reporting across indexing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with preference for management discipline.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Top Secret clearance desired.
• Prior Military or Civilian Law Enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training guides, lesson plans, briefings, and visual aids for indexing and data reporting.
• Input required indexing data in AFJIS, LSMS, CODIS and related systems.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training to Air Force Security Forces and AFOSI personnel.
• Travel 30-40% of the time to support field operations and training.
• Provide information, records management, and data reporting to support centralized indexing efforts.
