Job summary

The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program seeks an Operational Training Development Consultant in Tallahassee. You will design and publish instructor-led and computer-based training, serve as LMS administrator, and mentor the team to meet program goals.

Two years of instructional design, QA, and proofreading experience are required. This part-time telework eligible role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $53,917.08 to $72,570.36 annually.

Qualifications

• Two years designing and developing instructor-led and computer-based training using an e-Learning authoring tool.
• Two years of quality assurance of documents and providing feedback to others in a professional setting.
• Two years proofreading professional documents for accuracy, grammar, spelling, formatting, and logical content flow.

Responsibilities
