Job Description

This position is contingent on contract award.

International SOS seeks an experienced Training Instructor Facilitator to deliver high-quality instruction and facilitate training sessions that develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies of service members and contractors. Responsibilities include engaging participants in hands-on learning, assessing their progress, and ensuring they are equipped to meet operational goals and perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver trainings using government-approved programs in-person or virtually, including workshops and seminars at government and contractor facilities.
  • Manage end-to-end virtual and in-person training sessions conducted by both government and contractor teams.
  • Prepare training materials and support resources for target populations.
  • Organize course materials, schedule classrooms, and handle registration functions.
  • Manage training administration, including advertising, record-keeping, facility access, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Ensure efficient and effective training delivery.
  • Arrange classified and unclassified meeting spaces for trainings and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements/Certifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in training or related education.

Education:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Recognized industry leader in area of expertise.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work typically performed in an office environment.
  • Sitting, standing, climbing stairs for extended periods.
  • Bending, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs.

Other Qualifications:

  • Must obtain required security clearances.
