About the Role - Senior Subject Matter Expert

As a Senior Subject Matter Expert, you will drive key profitability metrics for the US Account Management Team (US VSP). Your responsibilities include leading commercial programs related to profitability, selection, and deals, providing expert analysis, and developing strategies to enhance performance. You will collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to implement operational improvements, deploy tools, and system enhancements.

Work timings will follow the USA shift: 04:00 PM IST to 01:00 AM IST.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Identify business impact metrics, align with stakeholders, establish, and report them.
  2. Conduct profitability analyses, manage deals, pricing, selection, customer returns, and fulfillment. Disincentivize underperforming options across business units, partner accounts, and customer segments.
  3. Engage global stakeholders; demonstrate business acumen, develop proposals, and lead implementation of recommendations through effective communication.
  4. Develop analytic reporting mechanisms to identify opportunities, operational patterns, and track progress.
  5. Identify cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities; propose actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  6. Drive project communication and accountability through data-driven reports and dashboards using SQL and Tableau to monitor performance, identify trends, and generate insights.
  7. Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve tools, processes, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions and interpret data for recommendations.
  • Knowledge of customer experience and process improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, Python, Tableau.
  • Bachelor's Degree and MBA preferred.
