DIHO Consulting USA, LLC. in Houston is seeking a Training Helper to join our hydro and sawing division. This entry-level role trains you to operate equipment, follow safety protocols, and support field crews while you gain hands-on experience over 6–18 months.

You will assist with equipment setup, water systems, and site cleanup, with potential travel on hydro crews. A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to lift 75+ lbs and work nights or weekends as needed are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain CDL (Hydro Division path preferred).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Willingness to travel (hydro crews).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup of UHP hoses, pumps, water systems, and vacuum systems.
• Manage water supply and hose organization.
• Assist with tower assembly and breakdown.
• Maintain clean and organized work zones.
• Support slurry containment and cleanup.
• Assist in setup of slab/wall saws and core drills.
• Move and stage equipment safely.
