Dragonfly Health is seeking a Training Facilitator, PCO in Philadelphia to design and deliver engaging training programs for the Customer Care team. You will coordinate assessments, provide coaching, and partner with leadership to align materials with current processes and business needs.
In this role you will stay connected to day-to-day operations to ensure training remains practical and relevant, supporting onboarding and ongoing development in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
