Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver in-person and hybrid instruction for government partners via live, virtual, and gaming formats. You will apply ISD, Design Thinking, ADDIE, and Merrill’s Principles to design, manage and deliver training across multiple sites.

Job description

Training Facilitator

As a trainer, you will provide in‑person and hybrid instruction for government partners through live, virtual, and gaming formats. You will showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge, collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission‑critical problems, and develop, manage, and deliver training using Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Design Thinking, the ADDIE model, and Merrill’s Principles of Instruction.

You will support large‑scale combat operations (LSCO) and counter‑explosive hazard (CEH) training, coordinate with Garrison and State activities to improve training facilities, employ Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), including Army Games for Training (GFT), assess and update training products, and plan both virtual and live training across multiple sites.

Qualifications

You Have

• 10+ years of experience with the US Army
• 4+ years of experience leading training
• 4+ years of experience developing and delivering exercises
• 4+ years of experience delivering exercise support
• 4+ years of experience utilizing Games for Training such as VBS3
• Ability to travel 25% of the time
• Secret clearance
• Associate’s degree

• Experience with Battle Staff and training warfighting functions
• Experience with deployments in overseas military operations
• Experience with CEMA
• Experience as Observer/Controller (OC)
• Experience with military exercise design, delivery, and conducting After Action Review (AAR)
• Experience in training exercise operational support
• Experience in Counter‑Explosive Hazard (C‑EH) training
• Experience in C‑sUAS training
• Knowledge of MDO and LSCO
• Bachelor’s degree

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation

Projected annual compensation range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (USD). The estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is part of the overall compensation package.
