Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, strong customer service skills, and a preferred background in HR or education. An Associate or Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in branch operations or staffing industry roles.
• Experience training or coaching employees, explaining processes effectively.
• Proven ability to manage and update documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training sessions, onboarding for new employees, and targeted re-training.
• Track training activities, employee progress, and performance data.
