What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Rapidly gain knowledge transfer from subject matter experts and design documents to create training resources
- Evaluate existing training materials and identify gaps or additional requirements
- Develop and update training materials, including Course Outlines, Presentations, Instructor Guides, and Job Aids
- Coordinate logistics for online and in-person training sessions, including preparation of workstations and scheduling
- Track open items, provide feedback, and recommend improvements to training courses and curriculum

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Training Material Development
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Instructor-Led Training Delivery
- Proficiency in MS Office Software, including PowerPoint and MS Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
