Client Delivery Analyst III (Existing Business) - Remote

The Opportunity

The Client Delivery Analyst III manages the implementation of complex financial institution debit and/or credit projects, leading client consultations, technical requirements, and project execution.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet with clients to discuss project specifications and options.
  2. Conduct Gap Analysis to define system requirements.
  3. Guide clients on best practices to meet their business needs.
  4. Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  5. Identify issues, report to project managers, and assist in resolutions.
  6. Validate system parameters, conduct testing, and support during design, development, and implementation phases.
  7. Provide post-implementation support, including on-site visits and after-hours support as needed.
  8. Follow change management processes and mentor less experienced analysts.
  9. Develop client relationships and improve departmental processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Six Sigma and project management certifications preferred.
  • At least 7 years in the payment processing industry, with a thorough understanding of card products and support services.
  • Minimum 5 years in business or system analysis.
  • At least 3 years of client-facing project support experience.
  • Experience with card processing data migration projects.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $75,800 - $96,700, adjusted based on experience.
