Main ResponsibilitiesCommon accountabilities:
Has working experience and advanced, specialized knowledge in project management. Understands how effective project management contributes to the business. Serves as a resource for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.
Contributes to decisions related to implementation activities, anticipating dependencies and outcomes in complex scenarios, contributes to cross-functional projects, proposes improvements to processes, and is accountable for own and team commitments.
Works independently within a plan developed with the manager, with some guidance on more complex situations.
Specific accountabilities:
Participate in the project implementation, managing timelines and scope, and coordinating internal and external activities.
Review risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure relevant reporting to line organization.
Represent and communicate customer business needs with internal stakeholders.
Support other team members involved in the implementation.
Assist with necessary steps of production cutover.
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Experience in project management, ideally including work with an airline. Familiarity with Network Planning & Scheduling is helpful.
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, both verbally and in writing.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated project and program management skills with the ability to move projects forward.
