Job summary

Carlisle Brake & Friction Inc. is seeking a Training & Document Control Supervisor to lead the manufacturing center's training programs and maintain controlled documents.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure employees have the knowledge and records needed for safe, compliant operations and audits, while driving continuous improvement in training delivery and documentation practices. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, HR, education, organizational development, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in training, learning and development, document control, quality systems, or related functions.
• Experience managing document control systems, records management, and audit prep.
• Knowledge of LMS, electronic document management systems, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and improvement of training programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
• Develop training materials including instructor-led, virtual, on-the-job, and eLearning.
• Manage training records and LMS; track metrics.
• Oversee document control: creation, revision, approval, distribution, retention.
• Maintain procedures, work instructions, policies, and records for audit readiness.
• Coordinate audit preparation and record retrieval.
• Support compliance improvements in documentation and training processes.
