Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3 years of related experience in the field in which instruction is to be conducted
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience in the field in which instruction is to be conducted
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver courses in Speed Measuring Instrument (SMI) and Specialized Driver Instructor Training (SDIT) using approved curriculum.
• Update lesson plans, scenarios, and materials to reflect current realities, policy considerations, and field feedback.
• Facilitate discussions, guide practical exercises, and help law enforcement apply resilience and readiness concepts.
• Schedule courses, manage materials, and support classroom or field execution.
• Ensure course fidelity to learning objectives and document outcomes or improvements needed.
• Gather feedback and recommend refinements to strengthen relevance and impact
