Responsibilities include leading CAPAs, ensuring regulatory alignment, and partnering with quality councils to strengthen workforce competency and compliance at the site level.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading manufacturing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to drive CAPA and deviation investigations.

• Leads Training and Deviations function ensuring compliance and quality.
• Oversees Training materials, deviation records, and quality artifacts.
• Drives 24/7 training readiness and deviation response across shifts.
