Job summary

The Greentree Group seeks a Training Development Consultant for Lansing, MI to design and deliver statewide training programs supporting a statewide implementation effort. You will collaborate with a talented team of professionals to develop engaging learning experiences for federal/state clients.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, 3 years’ training development experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years Training development experience.
• Experience developing job aids, quick reference guides, exercises, and data for class simulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas and concepts to clients including executive levels of management.
• Good organizational, time management and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for statewide implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with SMEs, technical teams, and business stakeholders to design effective training.
• Assess training needs and objectives and translate them into actionable curricula.
