Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Training and Development, Instructional Design, Education or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years in direct training and development capacity with knowledge of IT and instructional design.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience and training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and team members while delivering training.
• Develop, implement and deliver training programs for all employees.
• Consult with property and division leaders to assess training needs.
• Evaluate procedures and update curriculum to improve effectiveness.
• Plan and direct training, e-learning, and multimedia programs as required.
• Maintain training materials, outlines, and aids for ongoing use.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and feedback sessions.
• Coaches and mentors instructors in content and delivery techniques.
• Ensure consistency and quality of course content across programs.
