Qualifications

• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety training requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints and basic shop math; experience in manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding programs and role-specific training plans with department leaders.
• Deliver and oversee new hire training across multiple departments.
• Coordinate training for new equipment, tooling, processes, and changes.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and renewal schedules.
• Ensure safety and regulatory training compliance per OSHA requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
