What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the execution of assigned learning programs by managing timelines, task lists, milestones, and stakeholder coordination
- Draft and manage communications to promote training enrollment and participation
- Coordinate with external training providers to execute agreed-upon scopes of work
- Support delivery of learning programs (virtual, in-person, or hybrid), managing logistics and troubleshooting challenges
- Implement follow-up actions post-training to reinforce learning and embed knowledge into operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Program/Project Management, HR, or Training Coordination roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience managing learning program logistics and working with internal and external stakeholders
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, training delivery formats, and evaluation methods (e.g., surveys, Kirkpatrick model basics)
- Comfortable troubleshooting tech issues or last-minute changes in delivery plans
