Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content that aligns with learning objectives and meets the needs of the target audience.
• Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles to create effective and engaging training materials, ensuring they are clear, concise, and learner-friendly.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions using a variety of methods, such as in-person instruction, virtual classrooms, e-learning platforms, or on-the-job training.
