Training Delivery Specialist (Contract)

This is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through Allegis Global Solutions. If selected, you will be employed by AGS, not Microsoft.

Summary

Join the Microsoft Philanthropies Skills for Social Impact Team as a Training Delivery Specialist on a contract basis. Lead and support skilling initiatives across Microsoft technologies, focusing on Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platform. Ideal for someone passionate about empowering others through digital skilling and driving adoption of modern workplace tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and deliver skilling strategies, workshops, and learning pathways for diverse audiences.
• Develop and curate training content on:
• Microsoft Copilot and M365 Copilot
• Azure services including Foundry, Purview, Fabric, and AI/data capabilities
• Power Platform tools including PowerApps, Power Automate, and low-code/no-code solutions
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess learning needs and deliver impactful skilling programs.
• Track engagement, feedback, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with Microsoft product updates and incorporate new features into learning plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for digital transformation through skilling.

Requirements

• Experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platform.
• Experience designing and delivering training for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, and/or M365.
• Experience with nonprofit or public sector organizations.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Additional Details

• Location: Remote
• Duration: 12 Months
• Pay Range: $49.50 - 56 per hour
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
