What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the organization in providing measurable data-driven solutions for healthcare improvement
- Partner with leadership to identify healthcare trends and develop payment and service models
- Analyze internal and external data sources to promote understanding of healthcare utilization
- Translate business intelligence into accessible decision support for stakeholders
- Focus on contract and reimbursement analytics within the Provider Network Management team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or a related field
- Minimum of six years' experience with data reporting and analytics
- Demonstrated proficiency with coding/programming and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
- Exclusion from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in business, information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or a related field
- Experience in data reporting and analytics within the healthcare or health insurance industry
- Proficiency in a programming language such as SQL, C#, or C++
- Experience with statistical languages and software like SAS, R, or Python
