Our client, a leader in technology and digital transformation, is seeking a Training Delivery Specialist 4 to join their team. As a Training Delivery Specialist, you will be part of the Microsoft Philanthropies Skills for Social Impact Team supporting skilling initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for empowering others, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Training Delivery Specialist 4

Location: Redmond, WA (Remote)

Pay Range: $47.58 - $49

What's the Job?

  • Design and deliver skilling strategies, workshops, and learning pathways tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Develop and curate training content, workshops, and resources on Microsoft Copilot, Azure services, and Power Platform tools.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess learning needs and deliver impactful skilling programs.
  • Track learner engagement, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve offerings.
  • Stay current with Microsoft product updates and integrate new capabilities into learning plans.


What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (especially Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platform.
  • Experience designing and delivering training for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
