Job summary

Google Operations Center seeks a Training Delivery Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training for an email marketing and campaign operations team. You will create engaging materials, leverage LMS tools, and update content to stay current with evolving processes.

The role requires strong facilitation skills, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business results in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, or Marketing Operations.
• 5+ years hands-on with Marketing Automation and Email Marketing tools (MailChimp, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
• Technical proficiency with HTML/CSS/Frontend tools to support email templates and LMS troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with SMEs, stakeholders, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training curricula for email marketing and campaign ops.
• Deliver training via classroom, online modules, webinars, and workshops using an LMS.
• Create assessments to measure learning outcomes and communicate value of training.
• Build and maintain relationships with operations leaders and external partners.
