The Training Specialist will deliver classroom and field training for the DOL-approved MasTec Transmission Apprentice Program, including New Hire Orientations and courses like OSHA-10 ETD, OSHA-20 HR, First Aid/CPR, and equipment training. The role requires travel to job sites for in-person, virtual, and E-Learning sessions. Remote work is permitted, but candidates must reside in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, or New Mexico.

This role operates in a field environment requiring physical activity such as bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions.
