Eaton ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Training Coordinator for a 1st shift in Santa Ana, CA. The role involves coordinating plant-wide training programs and ensuring compliance with internal procedures, ISO standards, and Eaton Values.

You will track training across EHS, Quality, Operations and HR, develop LMS-based tracking, and support development of training materials. The position reports to the Operational Excellence Manager and requires flexibility to work overtime and across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year minimum in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years in a lead or trainer role preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Able to work overtime and across shifts as needed.

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Training Coordinator. 1st Shift role offers a full time work week of 40 hours and potential overtime. Hours: 5:00am- 1:30pm. Full Benefits and 401k plan is offered to you day one of employmentThe hours for this role are 7am - 3:30pmThe hourly rate for this position is $35.20 per hour.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:Position Overview:The training coordinator assists in the leadership, administration and coordination of the plant’s training and employee resource programs and processes to assure the organization develops and realizes the full potential of the workforce in support of the business strategic plans and the pursuit of business excellence. This position will report directly to the Operational Excellence Manager.In this position you will:• Track training for EHS, Quality, Operations and HR to ensure compliance with internal procedures, OPA, ISO requirements (14001 & 9001), and Eaton Values and Philosophy.• Develop digital/online tracking of training requirements (LMS & Eaton University)• Supports in the development of training and knowledge materials via books, videos, or any other mechanism for delivering information.• Support new hire training, PIV hands on training, and crane/hoist hands on training, which includes maintaining all training documents, training new hires, and any re-training that may be required. Ensure our program adheres to Eaton’s MESH program.• Conduct regular audits to ensure training materials are effective and relevant.• Maintain group’s cross-training matrix(ces)• Provide training to both individuals and groups as needed.• Complete special training projects as needed.• Demonstrates flexibility to work shifts and overtime to provide training support across all shifts in the group you support.Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:• High School Diploma• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a lead role or trainer capacity• Must be proficient and have experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)• Live within 50 miles• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
