Job description

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Senior Training Analyst based onsite at our Fibrebond manufacturing campus in Minden, Louisiana.

Fibrebond by Eaton is building the infrastructure that powers some of North America's most critical data center, utility, industrial, and communications operations.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

The Senior Training Analyst is responsible for planning, coordinating, administering, and continuously improving employee training and development programs to support organizational objectives. This role partners with leaders across the organization to identify training needs, manage training records, coordinate learning activities, and support employee development initiatives. This role ensures training programs are effectively implemented, documented, and aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer company training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Schedule and organize training events, classrooms, instructors, facilities, equipment, and learning materials.
  • Maintain accurate employee training records and learning management system (LMS) data.
  • Track training compliance and provide reports to management regarding completion status, effectiveness, and workforce development metrics.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify skills gaps and training needs.
  • Assist in the development, update, and implementation of training materials, procedures, work instructions, and job qualification programs.
  • Support competency assessments, certification programs, and employee qualification processes.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Assist with budgeting, vendor coordination, and procurement related to training programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, Workforce Development, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience coordinating, administering, or facilitating employee training and development programs.
  • Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting workforce training in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, industrial services, or related industries.
  • Professional certifications such as APTD, CPTD, SHRM, PHR, CIT or similar credentials.
  • Experience developing training curricula and competency-based qualification programs.
  • Familiarity with OSHA requirements, safety training administration, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training record management preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends to support decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
Additional Information
Working Conditions
  • Primarily office-based with regular interaction in manufacturing or construction environments.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Ability to walk through production facilities, attend field operations, and participate in training activities as needed.
