Position Title: Training Coordinator
Department: Training & Development
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (three days in office, two days optional remote work)

Under the general supervision of the VP of Brand & Culture, this position supports the scheduling, registration, communication, and reporting of internal and external training and certification programs. Assists T&D team members with training materials updates.
Key Job Requirements
- Performs any functions, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to the members served by the Credit Union, while performing all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines and Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Lead System Administrator for on-line learning management system and e-learning platforms. Assigns courses, runs reports, notifies managers when employees have past-due courses. Ensures attendance records are input within 48 hours of attending training. Keeps course library up to date. Provides user assistance/training. Manages waiting lists and communicates with key stakeholders of any scheduling requests and changes.
- Applies critical thinking skills to organize and coordinate all scheduling and other pre-, during and post-event tasks for Greylock’s internal training programs, including Greylock’s robust new hire OnBoarding program.
- Acts as Virtual Classroom Producer for Onboarding presentations, and other internal Producer requests. Creates Virtual Classroom access links, builds poll questions, maintains library of recorded sessions. Familiarizes new Virtual Classroom administrators with key functions (i.e. scheduling meetings, inviting others, using breakout rooms.)
- Collaborate with VP Culture and Brand to provides report of training cost information per employee to HR Team for annual employee benefits statements. Tracks participation in Tuition Reimbursement program, processes reimbursement requests, and assists participants with submitting requests that stay within the program guidelines.
- Support Training & Development team with Training and Development SharePoint Site updates and maintenance. Coordinates assignments to T&D team to provide training related content for employee newsletter, and T&D blogs.
- Provides support to VP Brand & Culture on company specific initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and further Greylock’s IDEA goals.
- Promotes the Credit Union wherever and whenever possible. Encouraged to actively represent the Credit Union in local civic, community and professional organizations.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Exceptional organizational skills. Small project management experience a plus.
- Ability to collaborate and provide exceptional service to internal training instructors and participants.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, OneNote, and Publisher. Ability to continue to learn and develop skills at an intermediate to advanced level, as identified in Microsoft learning assessments.
- Experience using Learning Management System, Zoom, and/or Microsoft SharePoint a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to move tables (with wheels) and chairs (with wheels) to configure training room set-up.
- Hybrid work location: expected to work in the office when needed
The salary range for this role is $19.40 to $25.22 an hour. This is the salary range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may pay more than the posted range for exceptionally qualified individuals. An employee’s pay position within the pay band will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience (job and life), skills (specific and transferable), seniority, performance, and business organizational needs. This range may also be modified in the future.
