Job summary

Molex is seeking a Training Coordinator for our Hudson, WI site to develop, deliver, and continuously improve employee training programs across the facility. You will partner with leaders, SMEs, and employees to ensure training is effective, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and passionate about helping employees build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating, administering, or supporting employee training programs.
  • Experience maintaining records, schedules, or databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Experience using advanced Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience communicating and collaborating with employees at multiple organizational levels.
  • Willingness to provide hands on training and certification assessments on the production floor.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Schedule training sessions, maintain training calendars, and communicate training requirements to employees and supervisors.
  • Track training completion, perform hands on certification assessments, and maintain compliance records within designated learning systems.
  • Partner with site leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and support development initiatives.
  • Maintain training documentation, work instructions, and training materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support onboarding activities and employee orientation programs.
  • Analyze training data and completion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with audits and compliance activities by ensuring training records are accurate and readily available.

Your Job

Molex is seeking a Training Coordinator for our Hudson, WI site - a focused, fast-moving facility that serves the rapidly growing Optical Connectivity business through New Product Introduction (NPI) and volume production. As a Training Coordinator, you will support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee training programs at throughout the facility. In this role, you will partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and employees to ensure training initiatives are effective, compliant, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and passionate about helping employees build the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.

The Training Coordinator plays a key role in supporting onboarding, operational training, compliance requirements, and ongoing employee development.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate and administer training programs for new hires and existing employees

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience coordinating, administering, or supporting employee training programs
  • Experience maintaining records, schedules, or databases with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience using advanced Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience communicating and collaborating with employees at multiple organizational levels
  • Willingness to provide hands on training and certification assessments on the production floor
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience supporting training programs within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or training management software
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training effectiveness practices
  • Experience supporting compliance, quality, safety, or operational training initiatives
