Your Job

In this role, you will facilitate practical, engaging training focused on account planning, account management, customer-focused selling, product knowledge, presentation skills, and other capabilities that improve sales effectiveness.

We are looking for someone who understands the commercial environment and can connect credibly with sales professionals and distributors. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys facilitating, building relationships across cultures, traveling, and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and business needs evolve.

Our Team

You will join Molex’s Global Sales Enablement team, which helps sales professionals and distribution partners build the knowledge, commercial capabilities, and confidence needed to succeed.

We partner with sales leaders, account managers, Product Management, Marketing, Business Unit Leaders, and subject matter experts to turn business priorities into practical tools and learning experiences. This role offers broad exposure to Molex products, technologies, markets, and teams around the world.

Guided by Koch’s Principle Based Management® framework, we value principled entrepreneurship, ownership, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and the creation of long-term value.

What You Will Do

  • Strengthening seller capabilities in account planning, account management, customer-focused selling, commercial acumen, presentation skills, and effective customer conversations.
  • Create and improve presentations, job aids, and practical tools using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other applicable platforms.
  • Translate Molex product, technology, market, and commercial strategies into relevant training that helps teams connect customer needs with business value.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Business Unit Leaders, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and align training with business and regional priorities.
  • Adapt training content, examples, and facilitation methods for different roles, experience levels, cultures, and business needs.
  • Support onboarding and continuous-development programs that build seller confidence, capability, and consistency.
  • Manage regional training programs from planning through follow-up, including scheduling, materials, participant communications, facilitation, surveys, and myLearning records.
  • Collaborate with global Sales Enablement colleagues to share best practices, support global initiatives, and improve training based on feedback and performance data.
  • Manage multiple programs and projects while demonstrating ownership, flexibility, effective prioritization, and a commitment to creating long-term value.

  • Experience communicating product, technical, sales, or business information to a professional audience.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders or subject matter experts to deliver a business program or initiative.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, programs, or events with defined timelines and competing priorities.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 35%, including international travel.
  • Able to work flexible hours when needed to collaborate across regions and time zones.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, product management, technical sales, channel sales, or sales enablement.
  • Experience training or coaching sales professionals or distributor teams.
