Molex in Hudson, WI is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to support and maintain the site's Quality Management System, driving compliance and continuous improvement. You will partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to manage document control, audits, CAPA, and quality initiatives to sustain high quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include administering the QMS, coordinating audits, analyzing trends, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting document control, quality systems, QA, or compliance in manufacturing.
  • Experience coordinating internal, customer, or third‑party quality audits.
  • Experience supporting CAPA, nonconformance, or root cause investigations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting and data management.
  • 3+ years using SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure document control compliance by managing site procedures, work instructions, visual aids, and forms using the ECTR process.
  • Coordinate controlled document reviews and revisions to keep quality system docs accurate and current.
  • Support ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements through administration of the site QMS.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support internal, customer, and external audits with timely closure of findings.
  • Facilitate CAPA investigations and perform root cause analyses using 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D.

Molex is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to join our team in Hudson, WI. In this role, you will support and maintain the effectiveness of the site's Quality Management System while driving compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. In this role, you will partner closely with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to support document control, audits, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and quality management system requirements while driving sustainable improvements that enhance quality performance and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
  • Ensure document control compliance by managing site procedures, work instructions, visual aids, and forms, using the Engineering Change & Technical Record (ECTR) process.
  • Coordinate controlled document reviews and revisions to maintain accurate, current, and effective quality system documentation.
  • Support compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements through effective administration of the site Quality Management System.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support internal, customer, and external audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings and verification of corrective action effectiveness.
  • Facilitate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) investigations and support structured root cause analysis activities using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D.
  • Monitor nonconformances, customer complaints, CAPA performance, and root cause analysis completion metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure effective implementation of engineering record changes and quality system updates.
  • Lead and participate in Lean, continuous improvement, measurement system improvement, and error-proofing initiatives that improve quality and operational performance.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by enabling teams to identify, communicate, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting document control, quality systems, quality assurance, or compliance activities in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience coordinating internal, customer, or third-party quality audits.
  • Experience supporting corrective action, preventive action (CAPA), nonconformance, or root cause investigation activities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting, documentation management, and data analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience using SAP.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience supporting ISO 9001 or other regulated quality management systems.
  • Experience utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, or equivalent root cause analysis tools.
  • Experience maintaining controlled documents, procedures, work instructions, forms, or engineering change documentation.
  • Experience tracking quality metrics, customer complaints, audit findings, or nonconformance trends.
  • Experience participating in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing startup, expansion, or production ramp-up activities.
