Your Job

At Molex, we enable how the world connects, but behind every connection is a sales team that understands customer needs and knows how to create value.

In this role, you will facilitate practical, engaging training focused on account planning, account management, customer-focused selling, product knowledge, presentation skills, and other capabilities that improve sales effectiveness.

We are looking for someone who understands the commercial environment and can connect credibly with sales professionals and distributors. You will translate real customer situations, product strategies, and successful selling practices into training, and tools that participants can immediately apply in the field.

This highly visible individual‑contributor role provides broad exposure across Molex business units and the global Sales Enablement organization. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys facilitating, building relationships across cultures, traveling, and working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities and business needs evolve.

Our Team

You will join Molex's Global Sales Enablement team, which helps sales professionals and distribution partners build the knowledge, commercial capabilities, and confidence needed to succeed.

We partner with sales leaders, account managers, Product Management, Marketing, Business Unit Leaders, and subject matter experts to turn business priorities into practical tools and learning experiences. This role offers broad exposure to Molex products, technologies, markets, and teams around the world.

Guided by Koch's Principle Based Management framework, we value principled entrepreneurship, ownership, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and the creation of long‑term value.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver engaging in‑person and virtual training for Molex internal and distribution sales teams.
  • Strengthening seller capabilities in account planning, account management, customer‑focused selling, commercial acumen, presentation skills, and effective customer conversations.
  • Create and improve presentations, job aids, and practical tools using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other applicable platforms.
  • Translate Molex product, technology, market, and commercial strategies into relevant training that helps teams connect customer needs with business value.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Business Unit Leaders, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and align training with business and regional priorities.
  • Adapt training content, examples, and facilitation methods for different roles, experience levels, cultures, and business needs.
  • Support onboarding and continuous‑development programs that build seller confidence, capability, and consistency.
  • Manage regional training programs from planning through follow‑up, including scheduling, materials, participant communications, facilitation, surveys, and myLearning records.
  • Collaborate with global Sales Enablement colleagues to share best practices, support global initiatives, and improve training based on feedback and performance data.
  • Manage multiple programs and projects while demonstrating ownership, flexibility, effective prioritization, and a commitment to creating long‑term value.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience in sales, account management, product management, business development, sales enablement, or another customer‑facing commercial role.
  • Experience facilitating in‑person or virtual training, workshops, presentations, or coaching sessions for sales professionals, distributors, customers, or other business audiences.
  • Experience communicating product, technical, sales, or business information to a professional audience.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders or subject matter experts to deliver a business program or initiative.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, programs, or events with defined timelines and competing priorities.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 35%, including international travel.
  • Able to work flexible hours when needed to collaborate across regions and time zones.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, product management, technical sales, channel sales, or sales enablement.
  • Experience training or coaching sales professionals or distributor teams.
  • Experience developing or implementing sales playbooks, account‑planning practices, or customer‑engagement programs.
  • Experience in connectors, interconnect, electronics, electromechanical, manufacturing, or another technical industry.
  • Experience working with global or multicultural teams.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin.
  • Experience using CRM, sales enablement, learning management, or work‑management platforms.
