Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Grand Prairie, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Coordinate the Academy's support and service aspects of the client's Training Academy.
  • Customer service-oriented representative for the client's Academy.
  • Provides product and service information, resolves problems, handles email and phone calls with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring excellent service standards while maintaining high internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Efficient communication with all internal and external customers via phone and email to ensure timely response.
  • Maintain the academy's learning management system
  • Maintain scheduling of internal/external trainees into applicable academy course offerings
  • Coordinate with other Academy sites for student enrolment and payment.
  • OEM training coordination with Airbus & Bell.
  • Ensure contract clarification for free training with the Front Office Commercial and Military teams.
  • Coordinate with Technical Publications to update/create student client Customer Portal accounts as necessary
  • Create quotes for customers and subsidiaries when needed for student enrollment.
  • Class creation and scheduling of instructors, rooms, and assets, student enrolment/modification
  • Offsite class coordination and updates
  • Assist students with local lodging and transportation options
  • Invoicing of students, as well as off-site classes, and instructor loans
  • Timely PO creation for site payments and ordering of manuals and promo items
  • Verify payment for all enrolled students before the start of each course
  • Instructor liaison, compliance paperwork for visitors, invitation, and visa paperwork for international customers
  • Review, scan, and archive class files
  • Track new delivery information, and other customer contractual yearly training
  • Support the training manager with data collection of Academy KPIs
  • Provide duplicate certificates within 48 hours of request to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures Field Representatives are kept abreast of any pertinent information that is exchanged with customers in relation to training
  • Coordinate requests from the Operations department on needs for level 4 training
  • Coordinate with HR for employee requirements for both initial and recurrent Safety Management classes.
  • Facilitate classes with instructor and resource availability
  • Work with HR to make sure classes and rosters are loaded into Selia
  • Provide support for CONCUR and SAP
  • Maintain class/trainee schedule using Microsoft Excel
  • Promote Academy course opportunities through various Marketing methods
  • Select procedures to fulfil project objectives and required expenditures.
  • Handle sensitive information carefully to avoid reputational damage.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $24-$26/ hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week

Length: Temp to Direct
