Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods Inc. seeks an Operational Quality Intern for Summer 2027 to support food safety and quality initiatives across Oostburg, Plymouth, and Willows locations.

You will assist with data collection, foreign material inspection projects, and maintain HACCP plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role offers hands-on experience in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, focusing on developing skills in quality systems and food

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Dairy Science, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous food manufacturing, laboratory, quality, or internship experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Support food safety and quality improvement projects.
• Collect and analyze quality and food safety data.
• Assist with foreign material inspection projects.
• Update and maintain HACCP plans and quality documentation.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and product evaluations.

Operational Quality Intern - Summer 2027

The Operational Quality Intern will support Food Safety & Quality initiatives across the Masters Gallery Foods enterprise, including projects at Oostburg, Plymouth, and Willows locations. This role will assist with food safety and quality improvement projects, data collection and analysis for foreign material inspection technologies, and the maintenance and updating of quality documentation, including HACCP plans and related food safety programs. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.
