Uline is offering a paid Instructional Design Internship for Summer 2027 at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The 12-week program provides hands-on experience creating training content, improving learning programs, and supporting employee growth.

You will work with a dedicated mentor, gain exposure to modern training practices, and have opportunities to contribute to real projects during the internship period.

Qualifications

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in Articulate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build instructional design skills by creating training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
• Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.
• Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.
