Job summary

Cathedral Home is seeking a Training Specialist in Wyoming. You will develop and deliver engaging employee training, focusing on onboarding, skills training, and in-person coaching, including some evenings.

You will collaborate across the agency to boost performance and engagement, with a trauma-sensitive culture prioritizing youth and families. Full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package for FT employees.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Experience in delivering training or onboarding is preferred.
• Ability to coach staff and manage evening sessions.

Responsibilities

• Training: Provide hands-on training and coaching for staff, including evenings.
• Onboarding: Lead onboarding and skills training for new hires.
• Support: Offer follow-up coaching for new hires.
• Training Design: Create training tailored to positions and programs.
• Needs Assessment: Work with supervisors to assess training needs.
• Effectiveness Evaluation: Measure training success through surveys and assessments.
• Facilitate Training: Conduct annual and refresher training as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain training activity records and assessments.
• Event Organization: Plan and communicate details for training events.
