Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to oversee our Training and Compliance department within the First Aid and Safety division. You will lead the Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned location(s) and drive recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts while minimizing turnover.

The role emphasizes growing classroom training offerings and maintaining program quality. Ideal candidates will have experience in staffing and delivering training, with proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the Training and Compliance department in the First Aid and Safety division.
• Lead and develop the team of Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned location(s).
• Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training while minimizing turnover.
• Focus on growing the Training and Compliance business, especially classroom training courses.
