Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to lead the Training and Compliance department within the First Aid and Safety division. You will supervise the team of Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned location(s) and be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training while minimizing turnover.

The focus is to grow our Training and Compliance business, especially classroom training courses.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
