Job summary

Cintas seeks a Training and Compliance Manager to oversee the Training and Compliance department and lead instructors at the First Aid and Safety division locations. You will recruit, onboard, and train staff while minimizing turnover and focus on growing classroom training offerings.

As a manager, you will guide a team, ensure quality training, and drive the expansion of our Training and Compliance portfolio across assigned sites.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license is required.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities
