Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to oversee the Training and Compliance department within the First Aid and Safety Division. You will lead and develop instructors at assigned locations, recruit, onboard and train staff, and drive growth in classroom training offerings.

The role emphasizes reducing turnover and expanding our training business through effective leadership and program development.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma/GED; bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the Training and Compliance department.
• Lead and develop the team of Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned location(s).
• Recruit, onboarding, and training while minimizing turnover.
• Grow our Training and Compliance business, especially classroom training courses.
