Job summary

Progressive Life Center (PLC) in the Washington, DC area seeks a Training Coordinator to lead the design, development, and delivery of trainings for subgrantees and internal staff. You will manage large- and small-scale programs, coordinate LMS usage, and ensure evaluation and continuous improvement across the care coordination pathway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, or related field.
• Master’s degree in education, organizational development, or related field preferred.
• Proven work experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in assessment, coordination, and implementation of services and programs.
• Develop and deliver trainings to PLC subgrantees.
• Map out training plans and design training programs (in-house or outsourced).
• Facilitate subgrantee technical assistance sessions.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
