Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; master’s preferred.
• LBSW or LMSW licensure required.
• Two years in child welfare, foster care, adoption, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned treatment foster homes and parents as primary contact.
• Conduct home studies and licensing assessments with interviews and documentation.
• Ensure licensing compliance and maintain audit-ready files.
• Monitor safety, caregiver functioning, and placement needs with visits.
• Develop foster-parent recruitment strategies and community outreach.
• Screen and support prospective foster parents through orientation and licensing.
• Provide foster-parent training and coaching; track training compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on placement decisions and program needs.
